A General Industry 1910 Subpart D walking-working surfaces card does not document 1926 Subpart M training and will not satisfy NYC SST construction files.
Struck-by fatalities include vehicle strikes (Subpart O), falling objects from hoisting and storage, and loads under cranes (Subpart CC). Controls include exclusion zones, spotters, hard hats, tool tethering, and rigging inspection. OSHA 10 Construction introduces the pattern; OSHA 30 Construction expects supervisors to plan lifts, barricades, and public protection.
