The 7.5-hour federal daily limit

Why “1-day” or “2-day OSHA 30” ads are a red flag
Marketing that promises OSHA 30 in 24–48 clock hours is selling speed, not Outreach compliance. Supervisors on Houston industrial pads, DFW highway packages, Miami high-rises, and Las Vegas resort TIs should expect a four-day minimum calendar. OSHA 10 is different: ten hours ÷ 7.5 still needs at least two calendar days.
How to plan a legitimate OSHA 30 week
