OSHA Outreach rules cap training at 7.5 hours per calendar day for every course. OSHA 10 (10 hours) therefore needs at least 2 days. OSHA 30 (30 hours) is 30 ÷ 7.5 = 4 days minimum — it cannot be finished in 1–3 days. The temporary certificate is issued the day you pass. The DOL plastic card typically arrives 5 weeks after that pass date.

Program record

OSHA 10-Hour General Industry is the Outreach Training Program course aligned to 29 CFR Part 1910, not Part 1926. The syllabus emphasizes walking-working surfaces (Subpart D, including the federal fall rule updates), hazard communication and the Globally Harmonized System (1910.1200), electrical awareness (Subpart S), machine guarding (Subpart O), exit routes and emergency action, and bloodborne pathogens or other health modules as electives. Construction Focus Four language does not substitute for this course: a warehouse picker, millwright, or hospital facilities worker is mis-credentialed if they hold only a 1926 card. Ten contact hours, 7.5-hour daily maximum, 70 percent pass mark, three retakes, 1.0 IACET CEU, printable temporary certificate, and mailed DOL plastic card. This standard (non-proctored) edition is correct unless a facility owner or state rule demands active proctoring.

Who this SKU is for
