Who publishes this site
US OSHA Training (usoshatraining.com) is a privately operated course catalog. It is not the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, not the U.S. Department of Labor, and not a city or state agency. We do not issue DOL plastic wallet cards, SST cards, or Cal/OSHA licenses from this domain.
OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour Outreach courses listed here are fulfilled by UL Solutions PureSafety, an OSHA-authorized online Outreach training provider. Instant temporary certificates, identity proctoring, IACET CEU records, exams, and USPS mailing of the DOL plastic card are PureSafety’s systems. How this catalog is produced
The registry is limited to 16 SKUs: OSHA 10 and OSHA 30, Construction (29 CFR 1926) and General Industry (29 CFR 1910), each in standard or actively proctored delivery, and in English or Spanish. We do not publish dozens of loosely related safety articles in hopes that one of them ranks. Each course has its own public HTML URL, a syllabus mapped to the controlling CFR silo, seat-time rules (including the 7.5-hour daily Outreach cap), and a price in USD.
State pages exist only where a jurisdiction overlay actually changes which SKU a crew should buy: NYC Local Law 196 SST, Nevada NRS 618.983, Cal/OSHA, Texas contractor prequalification, and Florida roofing and restoration. Those pages cite the statute or the job pattern; they are orientation, not legal advice.
Dates on this site (for example, an estimated DOL card USPS window) are calculated from OSHA Outreach seat-time rules and a published mailing lag. We do not change timestamps to make unchanged pages look new.
Why the catalog exists
Workers and GCs already know they need “OSHA 10” or “OSHA 30.” The costly mistake is the wrong silo or the wrong delivery: a 1910 General Industry card on a 1926 roof, a non-proctored card where NYC SST or Nevada identity lock is required, or an English-only course when the crew needs español. This site exists so a person can match role, industry, language, and proctoring, then enroll in the corresponding PureSafety SKU.
If you arrived from a search engine, the same test applies: the page should still be useful if a superintendent emailed you the URL. If a page would not help that person pick a card, it does not belong in this registry.
How Google (and people) find these pages
Every course and jurisdiction record is a normal, crawlable HTML document. Course titles, syllabi, and prices are in the page source—not injected only after a login or a search box. The homepage is a hub that links to all 16 courses; each course page links to related SKUs and, where a Spanish counterpart exists, to that language version. A machine-readable sitemap lists the URLs we intend to keep public. CSS is not blocked from crawlers, so layout that clarifies 10 vs 30 or 1926 vs 1910 is visible when the page is rendered.
We do not pay for higher Google rankings, and we cannot guarantee that any URL will be crawled, indexed, or shown for a given query. Indexing depends on Google’s systems. Our job is to keep the records accurate, unique, and usable.
What we will not do
- Copy other sites’ course copy, or spin thin rewrites of OSHA.gov as if it were original analysis.
- Open extra topic areas (first aid, forklift trivia, trending keywords) just to attract search visits.
- Promise a license, an NYC DOB SST card, or a Nevada compliance certificate that this Outreach card does not confer.
- Hide the fact that PureSafety—not this catalog—runs the classroom, the exam, and the DOL card mailer.
